隔離柵编织及特点：编织焊接而成。　　

隔離柵特点：防腐、防老化、抗晒、耐候等特点。護欄網表面防腐形式有电镀、热镀、喷塑、浸塑，镀锌后浸塑。　　

使用效果：

隔離柵主要用于高速公路、铁路、机场、车站、服务区、保税区、露天仓储场、港口等领域的圍欄，其産品具有美化環境、堅固耐用、不易褪色、變形等優點。　　

網片尺寸： 1700mm高×2500mm寬/1800mm高×2500mm寬 / 1800×3000 / 2000×3000 / 1500×2500等；　　

絲徑( 焊网钢丝直径）范围：&oslash；2.5mm- &oslash；6.0mm；常用規格 &oslash；3.0mm， &oslash；3.2mm，&oslash；3.5mm，&oslash，3.8mm，&oslash；4.0mm；　　

網孔尺寸： 25×75mm-150×300mm；以50×100/75×150/50×200/60×150最爲常見；　　

邊框： 20×30或20×40mm矩形截面焊管；0.8/1.0/1.2/1.5mm厚方管；　　

立柱： &oslash；48mm×1.0/1.2/1.5/2.0mm厚圓管　　

防腐處理：經除鏽、打磨、鈍化、硫化等工藝後，采用鍍塑處理，色彩爲果綠色，鍍層厚度爲0.6～1.6mm，鍍粉采用抗老化性能較佳的進口耐候性樹脂粉料，鍍層必須顔色一致，表面光滑，不允許有流挂、滴瘤或多余結塊。鍍件表面應無漏鍍、露鐵等缺陷。　　

立柱：通常可選擇普通圓管，頂端蓋有塑料蓋或防雨帽。　　

安裝配件：網片和立柱靠螺絲和各種特殊的金屬卡子或者使用綁絲連接的。所用的螺絲均爲自動防盜的規格尺寸可根據用戶需求加工訂做！　　

隔離柵根据其样式可分：折弯隔離柵，框架隔離柵，波浪隔離柵，双圈隔離柵，双边丝隔離柵等等。　　

表面顔色可選：白色，綠色，墨綠色，草綠色，咖啡色、黑色，藍色，黃色等等。

000011.1　適用範圍

隔離柵产品目前已广泛应用于公路、道路和市政、园林、机场、体育场等场所。标准内容包括隔離柵的组成和分类、通用技術要求、試驗方法、檢驗規則、標志、包裝、運輸和貯存等內容

000011.2　産品組成和分類

隔離柵产品由網片、立柱、斜撑、门、连接件等部件组成。立柱、斜撐和門柱整體作爲一個分部産品標准。

分別依据隔離柵網片的成型工藝、立柱斷面形式、防腐處理形式对隔離柵的網片和立柱进行分类。在立柱中加入方管立柱和燕尾柱，防腐處理形式增加鋅鋁合金塗層。

000011.3　通用技術要求

000011.3.1　外觀質量

对隔離柵的網片和立柱、斜撐、門等組件的通用性能進行說明。

000011.3.2　防腐層質量

隔離柵的所有构件均应进行防腐处理，其防腐形式包括熱浸鍍鋅、鋅鋁合金、熱浸鍍鋁、浸塑、靜電噴塗等防腐處理方法。其中鋅鋁合金塗層为本标准增加的防腐處理形式。通过盐雾试验、二氧化硫气雾试验以及湿热试验表明锌铝合金的防腐性能较高，在隔離柵網片的应用已很广泛。

标准BS EN10244-2中对鋅鋁合金塗層钢丝的附着量、均匀性和附着性能等技術要求进行了明确规定。制定的标准中参照BS EN10244-2增加了对其附着量和均匀性的技術要求，其外觀質量、均匀性、附着性能和耐盐雾腐蚀性能的技術要求与镀锌层相同。

镀锌层质量技術要求仍然依据原JT/T 374標准中對鍍鋅層防腐質量的規定。熱浸鍍鋁、浸塑、靜電噴塗防腐處理方法的防腐層質量参照GB/T 18226的相關規定。目前我国隔離柵的各类防腐處理方式的应用情况见表1。
